Fitness has always been therapy for me; a chance to sweat through life's ups & downs, connect through movement, get lost in the music and find a little more clarity.
Yoga has been my journey inward and has allowed me the openness
with mind, body, spirit and breath.
Any life filled with fitness and yoga has the chance to be healed from past traumas, addictions, depression and every day stresses.
