Reflexology Session

Service Description

*This is a mobile service, which means the reflexology session is in the comfort of your own home. All you do is book and I take care of the rest. :) If you've never experienced Reflexology, you are in for a treat! Kick your shoes off and relax in a truly healing, safe space. Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, includes steady pressure to specific points on the feet, using the thumb and fingers. During the session we will carefully move through the reflexes of the foot that correspond to all organs in the body. Reflexology is for EVERY body and can help with pain relief, the nervous system, circulation, toxin elimination, speeding up the healing process and relaxation. Your session will include a warm foot soak w/ epsom salts and essential oils.
