Service Description

The purpose of this consult is to address specific health concerns, answer questions about supplements or if you're looking for an overall wellness reboot. After you book, Ali will email you a questionnaire to better understand your goals and we will come up with a custom plan together. This 90 minutes will be all about you and your quest for health! You will leave the appointment feeling empowered and with tangible steps for optimal health. Location: My office is mobile and we can decide on a meeting spot that works best for both of us. Zoom meetings are also an option. :)
