Join us for an experience that will ignite all of your senses. Essential oils have been around since the beginning of time and have been called "the blood of plants." They are referenced in the Bible hundreds of times and were given as gifts to Jesus! Benefits include better sleep, immune system support, mood boost, reduced inflammation/pain and more. In this class you will learn where essential oils come from, the benefits of single oils vs. blends, how to choose reputable brands and recipes for homemade remedies. All attendees will be able to make their own blend to take home. This will be a fun and informative workshop. :) Max 30 participants.
