There are FOUR (4) Seasonal Cleanses each year and you are purchasing the FULL YEAR 2025 starting March 11! 
 
We are just wrapping up the Winter Cleanse, focused on the kidneys and adrenals, but don't worry if you missed it - it will be back Winter 2026!
For the Spring Cleanse, we will be reading a book together called, Detox Memoir by Dr. Christopher Dorais, that focuses on detoxing the liver and gallbladder. The cleanse will include a 24 Hour Fast. It is completely safe and gentle for most people to do (best to wait if you are pregnant or nursing).
 
We will meet by Zoom on Tuesday evenings @ 7pm. 
Zoom dates for SPRING CLEANSE: March 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8 (additional dates for summer and fall 2025 will be emailed to you at a later date). 
If you cannot attend in-person, all recordings will be posted to the private Facebook Page (you will receive an invite when you sign up) and a link will also be texted to you.
